5 Cancer Myths Debunked

If you’ve ever searched for “cancer cures” on YouTube, you’ve more than likely see a flood of videos claiming that egg whites cured some cancerous disease, or that cannabis miraculously cured a person’s aunt, or something similar. These extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. They are not the same as carefully planned research, nor do they have full, scientific evidence to back them.

In many of these “miracle cures” there is no background on the patient, which treatments the patient has undergone, or even if the person had cancer in the first place. Take this advice with a pinch of salt because the internet is a vast unregulated place. There’s nothing like solid, actual advice from your doctor rather than looking online for miracle cures that most likely won’t work.
