Breathing occurs 15-25 times a minute and the average person will inhale 10,000 liters of air each day. Sound simple? It isn’t. The actual act of breathing is incredibly complex and requires the brain, lungs, heart, and diaphragm to work in harmony in order to deliver oxygen-rich blood to our entire body.
